Before the first load
PLAN WHAT NEEDS TO LEAVE.
Walk through the garage and make a list. Separate the things that need temporary storage from items you are donating, selling or removing.
Choose a place for the container that preserves access for the work. Think about parking, the garage entrance, door opening and the route you will carry belongings along.
Tell us about unusual items before loading. Fuel, chemicals and other potentially hazardous items need a different plan; do not assume everything found in a garage is suitable for household storage.
Think beyond the parking spot
KEEP THE WORK AND STORAGE ACCESSIBLE.
Plan for at least 50 feet of clear, straight-line space for delivery and pickup. Describe your surface, turns, slopes, gates and overhead obstacles so we can confirm the placement.
The container stays at your property during the rental. We deliver it empty and collect it empty; we do not take a loaded container somewhere else.
Your starting payment: $300 for delivery and eventual pickup, plus prorated rent for the rest of your first month. After that, $150 is due on the first of each calendar month. Only the first month is prorated. There is no deposit or minimum rental period. See the full pricing explanation.
