What you are renting
EXTRA ROOM AT THIS PROPERTY.
Driveway Containers delivers an empty 16-foot portable storage container to the agreed property. You load it, use it there and unload it when the rental is finished.
The container stays at the property during use. We do not move loaded containers between homes or take belongings to a storage facility. Arrange any transportation of your belongings separately.
Confirm availability, the delivery address and placement before scheduling. Plan for at least 50 feet of clear, straight-line access for delivery and pickup.
Payment and calendar months
KNOW WHAT IS DUE AND WHEN.
Your starting payment: $300 for delivery and eventual pickup, plus prorated rent for the rest of your first month. After that, $150 is due on the first of each calendar month. Only the first month is prorated. There is no deposit or minimum rental period. See the full pricing explanation.

$150 is due on the first. Only the first month is prorated. Every later month, including the final month, is charged in full.
No minimum rental period
There is no deposit and no minimum rental period. These do not change the first-month proration or the full calendar-month charges afterward.
The pickup checklist
EMPTY IT. COMPLETE THE TICKET. KEEP ACCESS CLEAR.
- Remove all furniture, boxes and personal belongings.
- Clear trash and loose items from the container.
- Contact Driveway Containers to arrange pickup. No particular advance notice period is required.
- Sign the pickup ticket confirming the container is empty and ready.
- Keep the approach clear for the collection equipment.
The ticket matters for billing
Billing stops when you sign the pickup ticket confirming the container is empty and ready. You do not keep accruing rent while waiting for physical collection. A monthly charge already due is not prorated.
Simply removing your belongings is not the same as completing the pickup ticket. Contact us to complete the process.
