We bring an empty 16-foot residential container to your home, or an ivory 20-foot commercial container to your site. You fill it, keep everything close during your project, then empty it before we pick it up.

We deliver empty
Tell us your address, preferred start date and placement idea. Once access and availability are confirmed, we deliver the empty container to the agreed spot.
You load it
Clear furniture, boxes and approved household belongings out of the way. Load a little at a time as your project progresses.
Keep it close
The container stays at your property. Need a box or a piece of furniture? Walk outside instead of driving across town.
We collect empty
Remove every belonging, contact us and sign a pickup ticket confirming the container is empty and ready. We arrange collection.
Before delivery
LET’S FIND THE RIGHT SPOT.
Your container needs somewhere suitable to stay for the whole rental. The equipment needs room to place it and return for pickup. Container length alone does not tell you whether the delivery will work.
- For our 16-foot residential container, plan for at least 50 feet of clear, straight-line space. Commercial container placement and delivery access are confirmed separately.
- Tell us about gates, turns, slopes, the surface and overhead obstacles.
- Leave space for doors, parking, people and the work happening at your home.
- Check any HOA or local requirements that apply to your property.
- Confirm your address and placement with us before scheduling.

Load in stages
Start with the rooms or items in the way. You don’t have to finish the whole project on delivery day.
Plan for access
Label boxes and leave a usable path to anything you will need. Keep everyday items near the doors.
Keep the route open
Avoid filling the delivery approach with project materials, vehicles or other obstacles. It will be needed again for pickup.
We deliver the container; you arrange the loading and unloading of your belongings. The container remains at the same property during use. We do not take a loaded container to another home or an off-site storage facility.

SIMPLE PRICING. CLEAR DATES.
Your starting payment: $300 for delivery and eventual pickup, plus prorated rent for the rest of your first month. After that, $150 is due on the first of each calendar month. Only the first month is prorated. There is no deposit or minimum rental period. See the full pricing explanation.
Use the container for the time your project needs. After the initial prorated month, each new calendar month is charged in full, including the final month. Finishing early in a later month does not reduce that month’s rent.
No particular advance notice period is required for pickup. Contact us when the container is empty and ready, and complete the pickup ticket. Billing stops when you sign that ticket, even if physical collection happens later.
When you’re finished

Move your belongings back into your home or arrange their next destination. Check the entire container for boxes, loose items and trash.
Then contact us to arrange collection and sign the pickup ticket confirming it is empty and ready. Keep the pickup approach clear, just as you did for delivery.
Clearing out instead of storing?
THE JUNK BIN WORKS DIFFERENTLY.
We leave our dump trailer at your property. You fill it with approved items, then we collect it for disposal. Confirm your materials and load limits before booking.
Choose the right option
Store the things you’re keeping in a residential or commercial storage container. Use the Junk Bin Rental for approved items you’re disposing of.
You handle the loading
The junk bin is an on-site dump trailer rental. A loading crew is not included.
Weekly bin pricing
$250 upfront + $50/week + actual dump cost. Storage calendar-month billing rules do not apply to the junk bin.
